Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for residents Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote overall well-being Set up activity areas and ensure supplies are readily available Collaborate with the activities team to develop a diverse and enjoyable activity calendar Provide companionship and support to residents during activities Qualifications of a Activity Aide:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required Passion for working with seniors and a genuine interest in recreational therapy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Complete Care at Cedar Grove (former Genesis) is an equal-opportunity employer.
