Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational and therapeutic activities for residents Engage residents in social, physical, and cognitive activities to promote overall well-being Set up activity areas and ensure supplies are readily available Collaborate with the activities team to develop a diverse and enjoyable activity calendar Provide companionship and support to residents during activities Qualifications of a Activity Aide:
