More Than 3 yearsThis position is for an experienced Roofing Construction Project Manager in historical slate roofing installations.
Plan, direct, or coordinate activities concerned with the construction and maintenance of roofing structures, facilities, and systems.
Participate in the conceptual development of a roofing construction project and oversee its organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
Our Specialty Roofing Group has been performing new slate roof installations, replacements and slate service for residential, institutional, historic and private projects This is a critical position in the organization.
The individual must have a complete understanding of:
Knowledge of working with public works, prevailing wage issues and the entire bid process Plan, schedule, or coordinate construction project activities to meet deadlines.
Prepare and submit budget estimates, progress reports, or cost tracking reports.
Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes or other regulations.
Manage all decisions and tasks relating to the successful completion of each project Inspect or review projects to monitor compliance with environmental regulations.
